Insurance, Fees, and Payment

My fee is $220 per 50-minute clinical hour, paid with credit card, venmo, or personal check.

I am also an in-network provider with Penn Behavioral Health/Quest Behavioral Health insurance and Highmark Blue Shield insurance.

I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies. I can provide you with a statement of services that you can submit for reimbursement. Insurance reimbursements vary depending upon the carrier, so clients should contact their insurance company to inquire about out-of-network coverage. Some important questions to ask your insurance company are:

1. How much reimbursement do they offer for an out of network provider?

2. Do you have a deductible and has that been met?

3. Do they have a limit on mental-health coverage?

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved for my clients. As a result, any client who cancels with less than 24-hours notice will be billed at the regular session rate.
